YWCA Canberra is proud to be an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality.

The prestigious citations are awarded by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency to organisations at the forefront of the momentum for change towards gender equality in Australian workplaces.

We have held this citation continuously since 2014. We are the only ACT-based organisation to have been given this recognition throughout this entire period.

Reporting

Under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (the Act), organisations must provide annual public reports detailing how they meet requirements under the Act.

Employees and members are welcome to provide comments on our reporting to our Human Resources team.
